FNIRS is a BC Ministry of Forests Corporate Application for tracking First Nation agreement forest tenures and revenue sharing. The application had several major releases planned due to its size and complexity.

The FNIRS UAT initiative was planned, developed, and implemented by BCL in conjunction with support from Ministry staff team members. This UAT process included the development of test cases / scripts.

A SharePoint site was developed and populated to coordinate development, distribution, and storage of completed UAT test cases.

Round #1 UAT session was carried out in classroom setting in Victoria. Staff travelled from across the province to attend this session.

Round #2 of UAT was held at individuals work stations with remote UAT support handled by phone.
